North Gulf of Mexico Site Cooperative Internship: Deadline to Apply is April 8

Story PhotoThe Northern Gulf of Mexico Sentinel Site Cooperative (NGOM SSC) is one of the five Sentinel Site Cooperatives within the broader NOAA Sentinel Site Program (SSP). The NGOM SSC is a partnership focused on sea‐level rise and inundation in the northern Gulf of Mexico. A broad array of partners working along the science to stewardship continuum make up the Cooperative and work together to fill identified gaps and needs in sea‐level rise science and management. The partners include the NOAA Gulf of Mexico Regional Collaboration Team, Mississippi State University, and the U.S. Department of the Interior.

The Intern position will be hired through Mississippi State University and the duty station located at Dauphin Island Sea Lab on the Gulf Coast. The deadline to apply is April 8, 2016.  Internship duties, priority tasks and actions are outlined.
