THE POSITION
Grant-funded position responsible for policy development, program planning, fundraising, budget management,
administration, scientific review, and operational direction of the Pensacola and Perdido Bays
Estuary Program (PPBEP). The Program Director will enable the Estuary Program to quickly build
coalitions, secure sustainable funding, attract talented staff and volunteers to use their skills
and collaborate as a team to develop goals, action plans, and lead the development of an
effective Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP). This position reports to
the PPBEP Policy Board.
